I have problems with the synchronization
of JewelSoft Shopping List
When I save the list to the PPC, the Item Manager is not updated.
I do get the list with the items selected on the PC, but the Item manager does not
display all the items I created on the PC. How do I export the items from the PC
to the PPC ?
Just add items to a Shopping List file on the desktop, save it on the
Pocket PC and the Item manager on the Pocket PC will be updated!
The opposite is also true. If you want to copy items from the device to the desktop
create a shopping list file on the device and open it from the desktop.
Why don't you send me the Unlock key?
Dear customers, in order to send you the Unlock key we need to have the
Activation key of your product. You can easy find it in its Registration dialog
of the Pocket PC version. Select File/Registration and it will appear.
If I have to reinstall my product do I have to ask you every
time for the Unlock key?
Although the Unlock Key is different for the different shopping list
versions, it is valid for versions between 1.x and 2.0.
So the Unlock Key generated for version 1.0 will work with version 1.1, 1.2 ....
Is there no method to delete the shopping item on the Pocket
PC? Do I have to delete or edit on the desk?
Tap and hold stylis - simulate right mouse click (the same as delete
item on the desktop version).
